Diaphragm walls, secant or spaced pile walls, Berlin walls, sheet pile walls, combi walls, composite walls, etc.
This module enables the assessment of the three-dimensional effects of rectangular or arbitrarily shaped excavations, whether open or closed.
The module utilises the capabilities of a new calculation engine developed to handle the interaction between 3D structural elements and the surrounding soil, represented by a series of elastoplastic springs.

Running the model provides access to the 3D deformation of the system as well as the internal stresses (bending moments, axial forces, shear forces) in each element: panels, slabs, struts, tie rods, tie beams, foundation slab, etc.
This module enables checks to be carried out in accordance with calculation methods 1, 2 and 3 of Eurocode 7, and in particular in accordance with standard NF P 94-282 (French standard implementing Eurocode 7 for retaining screens):
K-Réa offers the option to use the interface via script mode, allowing you to modify or completely define a K-Réa project using a series of commands (actions, phasing, options, etc.).
The interface features an automatic script generation mode to make it easier to use and understand.
Parameters that have a default value in the interface are not mandatory, which reduces the amount of text to be entered to a minimum, whilst still allowing them to be set at any time.
Detailed instructions are provided within the interface to help users understand the grammar to be used.
K-Réa offers the ability to model a phasing tree, enabling the handling of complex phasing schemes involving, for example, multiple loading conditions or construction scenarios.
This also allows you to compare several phasing variants within the same project and identify the most optimal one.
Talren can be used as a tool to generate thrust and/or bearing capacity diagrams in situations where standard thrust/bearing capacity tables are not directly applicable: complex stratigraphic profiles, specific hydraulic or seismic conditions, the presence of reinforcement elements in the ground, etc.
To this end, K-Réa includes a dedicated interface for the automatic import of these diagrams from Talren.
Following a K-Réa calculation, it is necessary to assess the structural strength of the screen. For reinforced concrete screens (diaphragm walls, secant or continuous piles), these structural checks are carried out using the Scage software developed by Terrasol.
K-Réa enables the automatic generation of a Scage project to formalise these checks.
