Technical support services

Our team comprises technicians, who handle all issues relating to installation and licence management, and Terrasol design engineers, who deal with common and complex geotechnical issues on a daily basis in connection with the use of our software.

What is included:

  • Assistance with the installation of our software
  • Assistance with licence key management (single-user and network keys)
  • Guidance on the use and operation of the software interfaces: meaning of parameters, notations, units, definition of actions, application of calculation methods, etc.
  • Answers to questions regarding the application of current standards in the calculation methods implemented in our software (Eurocodes 0, 1, 2, 7, 8 and their application standards)
  • Assistance with understanding and interpreting results in relation to the defined model

What is not included:

  • Selection of calculation parameters
  • Assistance with modelling
  • Creation of calculation models
